The picture above was the latest rentals I got from the NY&Co Closet which one of the clothing rental subscriptions I subscribe to (These pictures are courtesy of the NY&Co website). This was my second box I got from them. I still have mixed feelings about this subscription but I'm willing to stick it out a few more times.
Before I review these pieces and reveal which one of these noises I bought- allow me to explain how this rental service works. First you sign up at nyandcocloset.com and create a profile. Then you create a "closet" from the selection of clothes they have. They suggest you have at least 8 items in there but they recommend to have 20 pieces. You can also "prioritize" pieces too! But does not guarantee those pieces will be sent to you. I think they will try their best to send the prioritize pieces but it's based on availability. They will email you a confirmation on the 3 pieces they are sending you so you can preview it. Unfortunately you can't swap any of them out or make adjustments. Once you receive your box, you will get the 3 pieces of clothing and a paid postage bag to return the items. You can wear them as long or as little as you want. The best part for me- you don't have to dry clean or launder them! Once you are done wearing them you cans send it back and they will send you another box with 3 more pieces. However, if you decide to keep any of the pieces; you just pay the member price which is discounted from the retail price. On to the review: The tropical top: I liked the way it fit but didn't like the print. I'm not sure why I put this piece in my closet. I think I thought it would look good under my suit. It doesn't. It's not good for a suit. And I'm not a fan of the coloring. A little too dark for me. The last top which had polka dots on it looked super cute on the model and I was hoping it would look good under my suit. It didn't. And it didn't look by itself either. It was too blousey and it made me look heavy. So I kept the white top in he middle. I wasn't planning on buying this top but the discounted price was $11- if was a bargain!!! I wore it a couple of times and each time I got at least 2 compliments about the top. I think I scored! If you want to sign up- the link is here:

Last thought as I was looking at my selfie: the earrings are rented from Rocksbox. I enjoyed them so much I decided to keep them. And they match my lipstick!

Whilst it is possible to undertake a quilt entirely by hand, most people prefer to use sewing machines for their convenience and reliability. Before you go shopping for a new machine, determine the type of sewing you will do and think about how you will use your machine. Rather than dealing with a poor quality sewing machine that ruins the entire quilting project, purchase a highly rated machine designed for quilters.

Shopping online can be scary, especially for clothing and dresses for women, as items usually look completely different once they're put on than they do hanging in the store. However the amazing deals that can be taken advantage of online are worth the effort for most.
